Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return: Email us at novaluxedirect@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 12 hours with instructions.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges: We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at novaluxedirect@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
